Most of this work is free to read and free to use. What is restricted is restricted properly: the full country-level gap dataset sits in a database behind server-side entitlement checks and is never shipped to the browser for visitors without it.
This page applies to the Syntera vaccine workspace only. The Bluetongue Observatory and the Research Workbench are separate tools with their own independent access arrangements, unchanged by anything here.

How the boundary actually works
- Restricted rows live in the database, not in the page. A visitor without an entitlement never receives them, whatever URL or request they try.
- Row-level security admits only accounts carrying a professional or administrator role. Roles are stored separately from profiles and cannot be self-assigned.
- Export runs on the server and refuses unentitled accounts, so there is no client-side unlock to bypass.
- There is no payment flow here and no invented price. Access is arranged by correspondence.

Creating an account gives you the free reading role. It does not unlock restricted data, and nothing about signing up implies an entitlement. If you already have an account, your current status is shown on the account page.
